Dr. Vajpayeehas around 25 years of experience at senior level management in Non-Profit Organization like; Federations, CSR, Education and Sustainability Projects etc. He has been associated with various Govt and Non-Government organization’sBoards, Chambers etc.
He is also known as a benchmark in the CSR and Education Sector. His stress management techniques and guiding principles are used as an example by the Institutions. He has developed an exclusive model of functional literacy program which is adopted by DMV Trust, Tata Power and Reliance Group BSES under their CSR scheme for women literacy and empowerment.
Under his functional literacy model around 370 slum schools are run in India.
Research: He did research on two important areas such as;
1. Shiksharopan’ model of functional literacy program.
2. An analysis of the insurance market in India.
