1) GST shall be extra as per government norms.
2) Fee shall be charged on Built-up area only. Built-up area does not include parking area.
3) Pre-certification fee shall be extra (Rs. 1,25,000 for Homes; Rs. 1,50,000 for Factories; Rs. 1,75,000 for Commercial Buildings).
Note - Consultant fee shall be extra as applicable.
Project team can go for Pre-certification / Provisional Certification / Certification of Intent rating during pre-design, design or construction stages of the project and Final Certification rating when the building is complete.
ASSOCHAM is offering special onetime fee to the projects.
